The CCRI in collaboration with Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), USA has created a new facility for educating stakeholders the fundamentals of various coffee processing techniques with special emphasis on speciality coffee production. Indeed, CCRI has been recognized as a Center of Excellence (CoE) by CQI since 2023 for organizing Q- Processing Training. CCRI has successfully organized three Q-Processing Trainings hitherto and produced 54 Q-Processors including few stakeholders from other coffee producing countries of the world.
