CENTENARY CELEBRATION OF CENTRAL COFFEE RESEARCH INSTITUTE 2025

Theme: 7 GOLDEN SEEDS TO A GLORIOUS FUTURE OF 7 LAKH TONNES

SEEDS, DREAMS & POSSIBILITIES

Seven seeds started India’s coffee story, and now the vision is seven lakh tonnes of beans that will support and sustain millions of livelihoods. Coffee being one of the important agricultural commodities, the coffee’s journey is all about inclusive development of all in the community.

Presently, the country is driven by rising domestic consumption, expanding cafe culture and growing demand for specialty coffee. To make this vision a reality, CCRI is leading the way, mapping coffee footprints with ISRO, building a Carbon Centre of Excellence for climate resilience and biocontrol, guiding farmers with organic farming practices, Centenary Coffee Centre for future Coffee education, and nurturing young entrepreneurs through the Atal Incubation Centre. Expanding Exports, reaching out premium niche markets, showcasing coffee as not just a crop but as an experience reflecting Indian coffee as brand in global stage.
