The Market Research & Intelligence Unit of the Coffee Board supports data-driven decision-making and market development for the coffee sector. It contributes to trade policy by analyzing tariff barriers and providing inputs for Free Trade Agreements, while supporting initiatives such as One District One Product and Districts as Export Hubs.

The Unit also helped develop the India Coffee mobile app, coordinated export promotion and branding during the G20 events, and tailored online program VIKRAYAM for aspiring coffee exporters, providing comprehensive training and resources to navigate the complexities of international trade. Additionally, it provides weekly coffee price indicators to ICTA and promotes domestic consumption through premium and affordable products under the India Coffee and Coffees of India brands on e-commerce platforms.
